Opportunities for Unpaid Internships

The City of Joliet has limited opportunities for unpaid internships for college students.  The internship request will only be considered with the following conditions:   the assignment will satisfy school requirements for completion of specific coursework or graduation in a field relevant to public administration; and whether the City has an appropriate work assignment, dependent upon the student’s educational major.  Students who are interested in pursuing an unpaid internship should download, complete and submit the application with required support documentation.
