Community & Economic Development
This department is part of the city's full-time professional staff and is responsible for administering most ordinances relating to new and existing development within the City. All petitions for Plan Commission review are processed through this department. The department contains three divisions: Inspectional Services, Neighborhood Services, and Planning and Economic Development.
