Request for Administrative Hearing
The Request for Hearing forms can be obtained in the Neighborhood Services office at City Hall or printed off of this web site. Written request must be in the format supplied by Neighborhood Services. The form must be completed and returned to Neighborhood Services either by hand delivery to City Hall, Neighborhood Services, 150 W. Jefferson St., Joliet, IL or by facsimile 815.724.4118 within 72 hours of receipt of the notice.
Once the written request is received a letter will be generated by the City Legal Department notifying you of a date and time and place for your hearing.
