1. Fence Layout Without Rear Yard Landscape
Easement
- Fence heights are restricted to no more
than 6 ft. in a rear yard, and no more than 4 ft. in a front
yard.
- Certain subdivisions have covenants that
are more restrictive than the City ordinances. Prior approval
from a Homeowners Association is required.

2. Fence Layout With Rear Yard Landscape
Easement

are more restrictive than the City ordinances. To determine

- 1. Solid privacy fences must be no higher than 2-½
ft. within this area.
- 2. Also, chain link "see through" fences

be met to protect the visibility of automotive traffic, cyclists,
and pedestrians.

be installed in what would be described as a storm water detention/retention
pond easement, floodplain easement or areas determined to
be floodway.
