How to Make Your City of Joliet Water Bill or Parking Ticket Payment:
Bank Draft:
The City of Joliet offers payment of your water bill directly from your checking account. Download Bank Draft / Direct Deposit Form Here.
By Mail:
Enclose the bottom portion of your statement with your payment in the return envelope provided. Do not mail cash. Use a check or money order when paying by mail, please include account number.
In Person:
City of Joliet, City Collector’s Office, 150 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60432. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. When paying in person, please bring your bill. If you do not have a bill or you do not know how much to pay or if your water has been terminated you must report to Customer Service department to obtain a copy of your bill.
Night Deposit Box:
Located outside City Hall on S. DesPlaines Street – available 24 hours. Payment pick-up time is Mon through Fri at 8:00am except holidays.

815.724.3980 between 8AM-4:30PM Monday - Friday, except holidays.
If you are making a water payment and do not have your account number or balance due, or you have a question about your water bill or water service has been terminated, please call 815.724.3820 between 9AM-4PM Monday - Friday, except holidays. Office hours are 8AM - 4:30PM.
