J.W. Fitz Gibbons house

The J.W. Fitz Gibbons house is a 2 ½ story American Foursquare style wood clapboard structure with Classical Revival detailing , built on a Joliet limestone foundation in 1905.The front façade is dominated by a full-length open Classical Revival front porch supported on paired Ionic columns. The structure has a flared hip roof with 3’ wide eaves accented by decorative scroll corbels. An original carriage house is located at the rear of the property.
