Louis Lozar House — 705 West Marion Street

The Louis Lozar House is an excellent example of a one story front gable Craftsman style brick bungalow. Built in 1919, the house has a cut shingle front-gable, a full width front porch, exposed bracketing, and protruding beams.  The structure is a Local Landmark and part of Bungalow Thematic District.
