Meinert/Winterstein House

The Meinert/Winterstein House is a one story Colonial-style Gordon-Van Tine Catalog house built by the original owner in 1926. The “kit” or “catalo” house was shipped by boxcar and assembled on-site by Thomas A. Meinert. The house features a front gable roof and center entry door flanked by multi-paned sidelights and covered by a front-gabled pediment. An open front porch extends the full width of the house. A pair of 6 over one double hung sash windows flank each side of the front door.
