Major Max Goldberg House — 230 Comstock

 

The Major Max Goldberg House is a 2 ½ story, Queen Anne style structure built in 1895 on a Joliet limestone foundation. The main façade is dominated by a full width open front porch, which encircles a semi-circular projecting bay. The porch is supported on paired half-length columns resting on limestone wall. The original single entry door is intact. The structure is a Local Landmark.
